Connect Em All asks you to pair identical colors with continuous paths that fill the grid without crossing, a clean premise that becomes a thoughtful spatial exercise as sizes climb and obstacles appear; tap a color and drag a route to its partner, then repeat until the board is filled—simple—but the trick is leaving breathing room so lines don’t trap each other near the end; start by connecting the longest, most constrained pairs that pass through narrow corridors, then work outward to the flexible ones; think in layers: sketch backbone routes along edges and through single-cell gates to define territory, and only afterward draw the easy pairs that flex around your backbone; when stuck, delete two or three recent lines and rebuild with different corner turns—you’ll often free a hidden alley; count remaining empty cells and visualize them as polyomino shapes that certain pairs must occupy; enable colorblind-friendly patterns if needed so similar hues remain distinct; the pleasure is that perfect finish where the last line clicks into place and the whole board lights up because you managed space wisely from the first move.
